We’re improving the look and feel of your online account. This will make it easier for you to view and manage your SEI Master Trust account.
This includes making it easier for you to log in by introducing multi-factor authentication (MFA) later this year. MFA means that rather than having to remember a PIN, we’ll send a one time passcode to your mobile phone when you log in. You’ll need to set this up and provide a phone number – we’ll tell you how to do this once the site is live. Your existing login details will still work with the updated account.
The choices you make can impact your future, so it’s important you review and update your account from time to time and we’d recommend at least once a year.
You can use your online account to update your personal details such as your nominated beneficary information and contact details, and change how you’re invested and your target retirement age. You can also find what your account is worth now and what it could be worth when you retire.
We’ll be continually developing your member portal to ensure it’s easy for you to interact with us securely and you have access to the information you need when you need it.
